Is the online consultation a diagnosis or treatment plan?
Consultation suggestions are for general information and visit preparation only. They do not constitute medical guidance, a diagnosis, a prescription or an individual treatment plan, and do not replace an in-person medical assessment.
Are hospital fees included?
No. Hospital consultations, examinations and treatment are quoted and charged separately. Public screening prices are not a guaranteed price for an international patient.
Can I arrange surgery immediately?
Surgery requires hospital assessment and acceptance. Suitability, costs, recovery time and fitness to travel must be discussed with the treating clinician before travel arrangements are finalised.
What do interpretation and transfers cover?
Hours, location, overtime and translation scope are agreed in the quote. Private cars are for non-emergency transport and do not replace medical transport. Interpreters communicate information; they do not provide diagnoses.
